New films

We've got some news about two new films based on The Master and Mar-garita which are produced right now, both to be released in 2012.
Stone Village Productions
The first one is the American movie for which Stone Village Productions and producer Scott Steindorff bought the rights earlier this year. Director Baz Luhrmann is trying to compose his cast with Catherine Zeta-Jones (Margarita), Al Pacino or Jeremy Irons (Woland), Ralph Fiennes (The Master), Danny De Vito (Behemoth), John Malkovich (Pilate), Matt Damon (Bezdomny) and Nicolas Cage (Yeshua).

D3 Media - Ukraine
The production company D3 Media - Ukraine wants to release a long version animated movie based on The Master and Margarita in 2012. Ani-mator Rinat Timerkaev posted the first trailer on his YouTube channel.
